SCHEDULE

20 minutes – Warm-up exercises…stretching, tumbling, action-reaction drills

20 minutes – Techniques drilling…what moves work best for you?

60 minutes – Instruction…takedowns, throws, moves from the top, escapes, and footwork. How to make the 5 points moves!

60 minutes – Matches…each wrestler should get 1 match per day

20 minutes – Strength training and conditioning…push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and rope climbing competitions
